Mission of the Role :-

  1. Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
  2. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
  3. Managing the inbound leads from the Business Development Representatives.
  4. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities :-

  1. Be assertive and explore all channels of communication with prospective clients, including but not limited to cold calling and physical/digital meetings.
  2. Must constantly seek to make recommendations to improve operational processes and related infrastructure.
  3. Wear lead generator and lead closer hats to provide WoW level service the existing and new accounts
  4. Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments with the processing of day-to-day activity
  5. This role has a strong possibility of adding direct reports (for lead generation) to itself once the book of business becomes healthy. Expected time – 1 year


Qualification criteria :-

  1. 5+ years of B2B experience in high volume sales
  2. Good time management and ability to mix multitasking and focus as required
  3. Excellent attention to detail and results oriented individual
  4. Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and collaborate with team members at all levels
  5. Ability to work and remain calm under pressure


Compensation – CAD 45,000-50,000 per year + conveyance + commissions as below

  1. 10% of GR (Monthly - of closed deal, the lead of which is generated by openers, 5% on flow upfront and rest 5% on residuals)
  2. 1.5% of GR (Quarterly – once they achieve 125% of their target)
